Vicky Watson’s Yoga for Every Body classes are one hour, hatha-based classes designed to be inclusive, adaptive and accessible. The classes will support a wide range of abilities and needs, offering a balance of movement, relaxation, and meditation, helping you feel restored and ready for the weekend.
