Revive + Thrive Exhibitor Spotlight Show
We had a fantastic time at our Revive + Thrive Show on Sunday, 19th April. Ben Allez and Ben Fedrick shared valuable insights into unlocking the power of the vagus nerve, sparking great conversations around mental health, physical wellbeing, and overall lifestyle.
It was a pleasure to connect with so many people and discuss integrative healthcare, highlighting how a collaborative approach can support a healthier, more balanced life.

New Adaptive Yoga Classes
We’re pleased to introduce our new weekly Adaptive Yoga Class with Vicky Watson, following a really positive response to her recent pilot session. Designed as a gentle, supportive middle ground between chair yoga and traditional mat-based yoga, this class focuses on adaptable movement, breath awareness, mobility and relaxation.

We run inclusive training sessions every Saturday at 11:15 AM. These sessions create a welcoming, accessible space, aiming to help neurodiverse individuals facing sensory, social and structural barriers in the gym.

Introduction to breathwork workshop
Join us for an expertly guided introduction to breathworks run by Helena Veses Ferrer, Cognitive Behavioral and Somatic Trauma Psychotherapist. You’ll explore the profound impact of breath on the body, mind and mood. This accessible session is open to all levels, no prior experience required

Yoga for Every Body Classes
Vicky Watson’s Yoga for Every Body classes are one hour, hatha-based classes designed to be inclusive, adaptive and accessible. The classes will support a wide range of abilities and needs, offering a balance of movement, relaxation, and meditation, helping you feel restored and ready for the weekend.
